Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your ReeBic order. This policy explains when you can return goods and how refunds work.
Returns window
Unused items in original condition and packaging may usually be returned within 14–30 days of delivery (confirm with us before posting). Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 14 days with your order number and photos.
How to return
- Contact us first via Contact us so we can authorise the return.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Return postage for change-of-mind returns is usually the customer’s responsibility unless we agree otherwise.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the goods. Delivery charges may be non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
