Delivery charges (UK mainland)
When your order is under the free-delivery threshold, shipping is calculated by weight using our carrier rules:

- Remote areas, islands, or oversized parcels may have surcharges — shown before you pay.
Returns
- If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with your order number and photos.
- Unused items in original condition may be returned according to our returns policy.
